Key Takeaways to Implement
From the end of Julie's chapter
- 1
Start supplementing with a high-quality trace mineral solution daily — most people are severely deficient due to depleted soils and processed food diets.
- 2
Learn about the 12 Schüssler cell salts and identify which ones correspond to your most persistent symptoms as a starting point for cellular support.
- 3
Reduce or eliminate fluoridated water and fluoride-containing products, which can compete with iodine and disrupt thyroid and cellular function.
- 4
Add mineral-rich foods to your diet: sea vegetables (nori, kelp), bone broth, Celtic sea salt, and organic leafy greens grown in remineralized soil.
- 5
Test your mineral levels through a hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA) for a deeper look at your cellular mineral status beyond standard blood panels.
